Thai identity in artistic work. on one side, can be characterized by forms, contents, or even texture and color. That is Thai identity in tangible and concrete nature. On the other side, we can perceive that Thai identity through emotional feelings, which the work has expressed toword us. The extent of feelings can vary in degrees. And there is no right or wrong because a work of art will relay message from both side as mentioned. They support each other and give rise to impression to the audience.
All works by Wijit Apichatkriengkrai contribute varieties of forms, thoughts, and spirit of being Thai in art creation throughout the 20 years of my artistic career.
